Baird Group offers a two pronged approach to physician engagement: physician training and shadow coaching. Physician training focuses on the service providers. Shadow coaching trains internal staff to be the coaches.

Learn from the experience of others. What are the best ways for physicians to engage the patient experience?
One or Two Hour Sessions
Training sessions led by an experience physician boosts credibility and engages the providers. Choose from one hour sessions with unlimited space, or the interactive two hour session (recommended class size of 25 or less).
Physician-Led Training
Training is led by Dr. Peter Geiss, an internist who has over 30 years of clinical experience as well as 9 years in healthcare management. Dr. Geiss brings expertise, experience and credibility to the training curriculum.
Shadow/Coaching
In-House Coaches
Baird Group trains up to 12 internal staff on how to be keen observers, and how to give meaningful feedback.
Sustainable and Affordable
Having in-house coaches gives you the ability to be self-sustaining and the financial freedom of not needing to depend on outside coaches.
Experiential Learning
Over the course of the two day training, shadow coaches will receive classroom instruction and shadowing opportunities with role-play and simulation.
